I am an alternative practitioner (“Vollheilpraktikerin”). My official medical examination took place in front of a public medical health officer at the district office Munich located at Mariahilfsplatz. Permission to practice medicine without approbation was granted by the Dachau District Office, Weiherweg 16, 85221 Dachau, on May 5th, 2011.

Supervisory authority: Munich District Office, Field 4.2 Medical and expert services (Sachgebiet 4.2 Medizinal- und Gutachterwesen), Mariahilfplatz 17, 81541 München.
There is no sales tax liability.
